Golden Inmune Booster

INGREDIENTS
- 1 scoop MyProgressMD vanilla whey protein powder
- 10 oz. unsweetened milk substitute (almond, coconut, ripple, hemp, flaxseed)
- 1 tablespoon MCT oil
- ½ cinnamon stick
- 1 tablespoon turmeric powder
- 2 cloves
- 1 pinch fresh ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- Stevia to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- Put all the ingredients in a small saucepan or pot, and turn on low heat. Simmer for about 5 minutes or until fragrant and flavorful. Avoid boiling. Strain the drink through a fine strainer into mugs and top with a pinch of cinnamon.
- Add ice or place it in the fridge if you’d like it cold or drink it warm. Enjoy!
