10 oz. unsweetened milk substitute (almond, coconut, ripple, hemp, flaxseed)
1 tablespoon MCT oil
½ cinnamon stick
1 tablespoon turmeric powder
2 cloves
1 pinch fresh ground pepper
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
Stevia to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
Put all the ingredients in a small saucepan or pot, and turn on low heat. Simmer for about 5 minutes or until fragrant and flavorful. Avoid boiling. Strain the drink through a fine strainer into mugs and top with a pinch of cinnamon.
Add ice or place it in the fridge if you’d like it cold or drink it warm. Enjoy!
