  1. Put all the ingredients in a small saucepan or pot, and turn on low heat. Simmer for about 5 minutes or until fragrant and flavorful. Avoid boiling. Strain the drink through a fine strainer into mugs and top with a pinch of cinnamon.
  2. Add ice or place it in the fridge if you’d like it cold or drink it warm. Enjoy!
