Protein Matcha-Horchata

INGREDIENTS
- 1 scoop MyProgressMD vanilla whey protein powder
- ½ cinnamon stick
- 2 teaspoon organic pure matcha powder
- 10 oz unsweetened oat milk substitute
- ½ teaspoon vanilla natural extract
- 1 tablespoon MCT oil
- Stevia (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Throw everything in a high speed blender
- Blend until smooth
- Pass the smoothie by a fine hole mesh strainer to separate the leftover pieces of cinnamon stick. Enjoy!
