INGREDIENTS 

  • 1 scoop MyProgressMD vanilla whey protein powder
  • ½  cinnamon stick 
  • 2 teaspoon organic pure matcha powder 
  • 10 oz unsweetened oat milk substitute 
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla natural extract
  • 1 tablespoon MCT oil 
  • Stevia (optional)

 

INSTRUCTIONS 

  1. Throw everything in a high speed blender 
  2. Blend until smooth 
  3. Pass the smoothie by a fine hole mesh strainer to separate the leftover pieces of cinnamon stick. Enjoy!
