INGREDIENTS 

  • 1 scoop MyProgressMD vanilla whey protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter 
  • 1 whole apple 
  • 10 oz unsweetened milk substitute 
  • 2 oz kefir 
  • Stevia (optional)
  • Cinnamon to taste

 

INSTRUCTIONS 

  1. Peel the apple, slice it, and cook in boiling water for about 5-7 minutes or until soft 
  2. Throw it in a high speed blender with the rest of ingredients 
  3. Blend everything until smooth. Serve and enjoy
