INGREDIENTS
- 1 scoop Vanilla MYPROGRESSMD whey protein powder
- 1 cup of an unsweetened milk substitute
- ½ cup strawberries
- half a rhubarb (stalks only, the leaves are not edible)
- 1 tablespoon whole or grounded flax seeds
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
INSTRUCTIONS
- Cut the rhubarb into small pieces
- Add ingredients to the blender.
- Blend until smooth. You may need to add a little more liquid to facilitate blending.
- Adjust ingredients to taste.
- Enjoy!
Optional: add stevia or erythritol to satisfy your sweet tooth.
Tip: add a couple of ice cubes.
