Hot Pink Shake

INGREDIENTS 

  • 1 scoop Vanilla MYPROGRESSMD whey protein powder
  • 1 cup of an unsweetened milk substitute
  • ½ cup strawberries
  • half a rhubarb (stalks only, the leaves are not edible)
  • 1 tablespoon whole or grounded flax seeds
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil 

INSTRUCTIONS 

  1. Cut the rhubarb into small pieces
  2. Add ingredients to the blender.
  3. Blend until smooth. You may need to add a little more liquid to facilitate blending. 
  4. Adjust ingredients to taste. 
  5. Enjoy!

Optional: add stevia or erythritol to satisfy your sweet tooth.

Tip: add a couple of ice cubes.
