Decadent Chocolate Protein Popsicle

Yummy nutrition at its best.


  • 2 scoops of MyProgressMD Whey Protein powder, Chocolate flavor
  • 1 medium size ripe avocados
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup plain, natural Greek yogurt
  • Pinch sea salt (optional)
  • 2 pitted dates (optional). 
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cacao powder, or more to taste. (optional)
  • 3-4 ice cubes


  1. Soak dates in warm water for 10 min to soften. 
  2. Add ingredients to the blender.
  3. Blend until smooth. You may need to add a little more liquid to facilitate blending. 
  4. Adjust ingredients (salt, dates and cacao) to taste. 
  5. Pour mixture into popsicle molds leaving about 1/2 inch room (as mixture will expand).
  6. Freeze and enjoy!
