Decadent Chocolate Protein Popsicle

Ingredients
- 2 scoops of MyProgressMD Whey Protein powder, Chocolate flavor
- 1 medium size ripe avocados
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 1/2 cup plain, natural Greek yogurt
- Pinch sea salt (optional)
- 2 pitted dates (optional).
- 1/2 teaspoon of cacao powder, or more to taste. (optional)
- 3-4 ice cubes
Directions
- Soak dates in warm water for 10 min to soften.
- Add ingredients to the blender.
- Blend until smooth. You may need to add a little more liquid to facilitate blending.
- Adjust ingredients (salt, dates and cacao) to taste.
- Pour mixture into popsicle molds leaving about 1/2 inch room (as mixture will expand).
- Freeze and enjoy!
