INGREDIENTS 

  • 1 scoop MyProgressMD vanilla whey protein powder
  • 1 cup deveined kale leaves
  • ¾ cup pineapple 
  • 5 almonds 
  • 2 tablespoon unsweetened full fat greek yogurt 
  • 8 oz coconut milk 
  • 1 tablespoon maca powder 

 

INSTRUCTIONS 

  1. Throw everything in a high speed blender 
  2. Blend until smooth. Enjoy!
