INGREDIENTS

  • 1 scoop MYPROGRESSMD chocolate whey protein powder
  • ½ cup of frozen raspberries
  • ½ cup of frozen blackberries
  • 16 oz. iced green tea
  • 2 kale leaves
  • 2 tablespoons avocado
  • Add stevia or erythritol to satisfy your sweet tooth (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add all of the ingredients in a blender.
  2. Mix, serve and enjoy!
