- 1 scoop MYPROGRESSMD chocolate whey protein powder
- ½ frozen banana (optional)
- ½ cup of berries
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
- 1 teaspoon MCT oil
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add all of the ingredients in a blender with 8 oz of water or unsweetened almond milk.
