INGREDIENTS

  • 1 scoop MYPROGRESSMD chocolate whey protein powder
  • ½ frozen banana (optional)
  • ½ cup of berries
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 1 teaspoon MCT oil

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add all of the ingredients in a blender with 8 oz of water or unsweetened almond milk.
  2. Mix, serve and enjoy!
