- 1 scoop MYPROGRESSMD vanilla whey protein powder
- 1 scoop MYPROGRESSMD collagen powder
- ½ green apple, with skin
- ½ frozen banana
- 2 kale leaves, deveined
- 2 tablespoons avocado
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add all of the ingredients in a blender with 8-10 oz of water or unsweetened coconut milk
