INGREDIENTS
- 1 scoop MYPROGRESSMD vanilla protein
- ¾ cup unsweetened greek yogurt
- 1 ½ cup unsweetened milk replacement (almond, coconut, hemp, ripple, flaxseed)
- 3 teaspoon pure matcha
- ½ big avocado or 1 small
- Stevia, erythritol/monk fruit* (optional)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- ½ cup blueberries
INSTRUCTIONS
- Blend everything except blueberries
- Add blueberries to ice pop molds and then pour the liquid mix. Freeze for 2-3 hours. Enjoy!
