Berry Matcha Popsicles

SERVES: one serving

INGREDIENTS 

  • 1 scoop MYPROGRESSMD vanilla protein
  • ¾  cup unsweetened greek yogurt 
  • 1 ½  cup unsweetened milk replacement (almond, coconut, hemp, ripple, flaxseed)
  • 3 teaspoon pure matcha
  • ½ big avocado or 1 small 
  • Stevia, erythritol/monk fruit* (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • ½ cup blueberries

INSTRUCTIONS 

  1. Blend everything except blueberries
  2. Add blueberries to ice pop molds and then pour the liquid mix. Freeze for 2-3 hours. Enjoy!
