Energy Boosting-Caramel Frappe

SERVES: One serving


INGREDIENTS 

1 scoop MyProgressMD vanilla whey protein powder

8 oz unsweetened milk substitute (almond, coconut, ripple, hemp, flaxseed)

1 tablespoon vanilla natural extract

Ground cinnamon (optional)

3 tablespoons coconut cream

1 tablespoon MCT oil

2 pieces pitted dates (preferably soaked in hot water for 15 min to soften) 

2 oz. espresso coffee or ½ cup brewed americano 

1 cup of ice 

 

INSTRUCTIONS 

  1. Add all of the ingredients in a blender
  2. Mix, serve and enjoy!
