INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 scoop MyProgressMD chocolate whey protein powder
- 1 tablespoon melted unsalted butter (preferably organic)
- 1 tablespoon vanilla natural extract
- 1 pasture raised egg
- 1 tablespoon raw cacao powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- ⅓ cup finely ground almond flour
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened chocolate chips
- Stevia or monk fruit with erythritol (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Find a oven friendly mug, set aside
- Mix everything until well combined in a small bowl. Except the chocolate chips
- Lightly grease the mug with a brush and melted butter
- Put half of the mix in the mug, then add the chocolate chips and cover with more mix
- Put in the oven for about 10-15 min or until well cooked to 375 F and enjoy
