Blue Vanilla Popsicles

A refreshing dessert, rich in fiber and heart-healthy antioxidants.

Ingredients

  • 2 scoop of MyProgressMD Whey Protein Powder, Vanilla flavor
  • 2 cups frozen blueberries
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Directions

  1. Add ingredients to the blender.
  2. Blend until smooth. You may need to add a little more liquid to facilitate blending. 
  3. Adjust honey to taste. 
  4. Pour mixture into popsicle molds leaving about 1/2 inch room (as mixture will expand).
  5. Freeze and enjoy!
